Change Addicts - Addicted to Change!
The more things change the more they stay the same - a paradox in a paradigm! We hope our music will inspire you to become a Change Addict too!

Why this name?
I was on a course that had really inspired me and I heard the course leader talk about us trying to change all the time and how we use up our life trying to be different, when, in the end, nothing really changed - hence, the only thing that is constant is that we are trying to change all of the time - The addiction to change makes us change addicts! I love this philosophical understanding of life and recognize that I too am a change addict and, in fact, we are all addicted (though unaware). When we are unaware of our addictions we have no free choice because our addictions choose for us - and we become victums of our addiction. So, I claim and acknowledge this addiction, which gives me the power to choose not to try to change anything but, rather, be free to live and 'be' just the way I am!
Do you play live?
We have mostly been writing new songs and recording, mixing and mastering 10 songs!
We play live in Copenhagen in Denmark! My most special moment is when we played to a packed house full of friends and friends of friends that became new members of our Change Addicts fan club!

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet gives everyone a chance to hear music that they would otherwise never have access to. We make music we love and our biggest dream is to have others love the music as if it were their own, so, if we didn't have this medium, we would have to wait to be discovered! Also, we can hear what others are doing out their and be inspired (not to mention a sense of fellowship - not all alone in the world)!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, if the price is right (ha ha ha)! Really, if the situation was such that it would catapult the bands recognition and financial situation (where we could just make and play our music instead of working hard jobs with low pay while still trying to sqeeze time in to make and play music)!
Band History:
I, Dean Griffin, am American that has played music for many years alone and with a few bands.
I moved to Copenhagen when I met a Danish woman and got married (now divorced and best of friends). I met Christof Gleie when I started a new job (he also worked there). We began to brag that we were good at making great music. He liked some the music ideas I had presented to him and then we got together and began making music.
I was really surprised that Christof was as good, if not better than me (faster), at making great songs and finishing them. We have really grown into a fantastic group and we make music we really love!

Seattle is my favorite city along with Copenhagen!
