Wide Asleep is a studio project. The band is currently looking for a PUBLISHING DEAL for the songs from their CD "Take This". Mark Dance and Gerald Maguire live and work in Denia, Spain. Both musicians have been writing songs together since 1994. The material varies tremendously, which makes it hard to categorise. (But why does everything always have to be categorised ?) Mark was born in England. He has also lived for a number of years in Belgium and Germany. He's been writing music and lyrics since the age of 12. Other bands : Horizon, Drift. He now produces and arranges for WIDE ASLEEP in his own studio. Gerald was born in Scotland, but grew up in Ireland. He has lived and worked in England, Belgium and Spain. He too writes music and lyrics. Other bands : Vendetta (1981), The Temperamentals. Now just listen to the songs !
