The DWOMS formed in 1980 from the pale, smouldering ashes of almost legendary Oxford beat combo 'Kites A-Z' then disbanded in 1981.

The songs on this Soundclick site were salvaged from a cobweb and custard covered cassette tape of the DWOMS recorded live at the Press Ball at Blades in Botley, Oxford, 1981.

Malcolm Edwards: Vocals
Mick Clack: Guitar, vocals
Dave Bowmer: Guitar, vocals
Bob Hundley: Bass, vocals
Perry Smith: Drums
Why this name?
DWOMS stands for one of these:

a)Do Woopsies on manly statues
b)Dance with older men suddenly
c)Daring wimps ogle microwave sketchbooks
d)Derren wobbled on Mary's stilts
e)Drogba was offside. Mourinho's Swollen-headed!

Any other suggestions semi-gratefully received
Do you play live?
We played live at the Oxford Press Ball in 1981 then had a brief 25 year break before deciding to do another gig in March 2006 (which never actually happened!)
