At the age of ten, Tim began composing electronic music on his Sequential Circuits Six-Trak analog (what else?) synthesizer. These experimentations, later combined with over ten years of training in classical piano, helped fuel his passion and develop the skills necessary for him to make several noteworthy musical accomplishments, both commercial and artistic, spanning a period of over twenty years. Some highlights of these include:

  • Evening news theme for cable television channel KLSR (FOX) TV (recorded at age 16).

  • Self-released CD album "The Desecration of the Firmament" received unanimous critical praise in spite of its very limited availability.

  • Industrial style tracks recorded under the name "SpineFolder" appeared on Doppler Effect Records' compilations "Undercurrent" (1997) and "Resurgence" (1998).

  • Several ambient and cyber-industrial tracks were used in the soundtracks for the Sierra PC games "Hunter Hunted" (1996) and "Starsiege" (1998).

  • Wrote two tracks for and produced the soundtrack for the Psygnosis PC game "Drakan" (1999).

  • Remixed established industrial band SMP's track "Topside" for their major label debut on Invisible Records ("Hacked", 2002).

  • Released psytrance and chill tracks to international labels such as Com.Pact under the name of Psionyx.
