Michael Ruberu is an exceptionally talented artist who has been composing and performing his own music from the age of 18. While in high school, Michael realized his natural potential for guitar and voice. All of his songs are original compositions and has often been compared to Tracy Chapman, John Mayer, Jack Johnson and James Taylor. In short, Michael’s melodic tunes are a perfect blend of acoustic guitar and soothing lyrics. As a person, he is sincere and kind, following his heart in everything he does. Sri Lankan by heritage, Michael spent his formative years traveling between Canada, USA and Sri Lanka.
