hi, my names liam payne, ive been makeing electronica and chill out music for about 9 months now. i use a pc that ive upgraded with fl studio, some soft synths and my new x-board midi controller.im just trying to finish my first demo cd at the moment called unicron 101.
Why this name?
its just my name,pretty boreing uh
Do you play live?
not yet, i plan to buy some hardware for giging, but cash is a bit tight at the moment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it changes it for the better i think, well for me it does, im sure not for everyone though.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yes, makeing music for a living would be a dream come true for me.
Band History:
i started out with music2000 on the playstation, did that for ages and made a sh*** music video. i later moved on to my first pc,my mate gav'aka primate sound system' really got me into fl studio about 3 years ago, ever since then ive been hooked,fm & computer music mag have also been a great help.
Your influences?
anything at all that sounds good,from queen to squarepusher , im also into basement jax,old orbital, most things on warp records,prodigy.
Favorite spot?
barcelona.
