Why this name?
One of or friends came up with the idea (lowell, dumb azz CEO) and it suck. i know, i know its a stupid name, but so is eminem and he's worth how many millions again?
Do you play live?
We freestlye alot in or school... but we make beats alot more
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
We exchange beats through email and IM so without it there would be no rooster unit.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hells yeah!
Band History:
We've already released a tight azz album called the "wake up call" (rooster - u get it?) the first teenagers i know to independently release an album so yea...it blew up at our school...KABOOM...were also working on another ambitious album right now and were seniors in high school...record labels sign us NOW!
Your influences?
This is a rap group (or hip-hop as others wrongly call it [there is no such thing as hip hop anymore]) so yeah.. were wrap about pretty much what every rapper does only on a higher level way beyond our years...with no stupid corny punch lines. no bragging but we do it better than most

we made our first album from Dec.2004 to June 2005..
we were equiped with 10 dollar microphoenes, friuty loops, and our ambitions...and BOOMED on the scene...did a album better than some of the dooky thats in the industry. the album had 19 tracks of hot fire...all beats 100% original no sampling.. and we killed it son. Killed it. So sing us. i'll probably put some samples on our site...but be warned weve already copyrighted them in september of 2005 so those looking for quick treasure...sorry no luck
