Its stuck ever since.

Yes we play live when I'm not recording
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think its helpful it opens the doors for alot of unknown bands and connects the fans to their favorite artists
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yes Depending on who the label was and their reputation within the industry
Band History:
NYX describes themselves best: as an "electronic-fueled aggression" act. Listing such varied influences as Therapy?, Chemlab, Faith No More, and PIG, NYX demonstrates over and over how they are able to combine top-notch compositional skills and electronic/industrial tastes with raw emotion, metallic guitars and thunderous, frantic drum work...and the chaos has just begun.

NYX started out as a punk band in 1995, utilizing electronics in the form of noise and staccato drums. Forming Wetwire Labs as a studio and home, they slowly evolved over the years into a seething, sequencing mass of wires, anger, shouted hook lines and driving live performances. In 1998, they formed a long-lasting friendship with the band Slave Cylinder, trading ideas on noise, synth lines, structures, and deconstuction. SC and NYX continued to play most of their shows together for the next two years, remixing each other often, helping to produce each other's records, and forming a fast, club-driven side-project called Fiber Optic Nerve.

Wetwire Labs matured as the studio and live line-ups changed: Though NYX will always be Jeremy (NYX), - Live members Jay, Calvin, Josh,D and most recently Brian all fell by the wayside as time stretched on.With this iSvadrah and sammael of S.C. found themselves working more and more closely with the man behind the aggression, in the studio and on stage. The band was shaved down to its basics; dozens of tracks were reworked; and a new, stronger, more complex NYX rose from the ashes and joined the quickly-expanding Slave Indvstries roster. Now, NYX is prepared to rerelease its independently-funded singles and remix CDs, as well as finally making available their stunning debut album, Third Disease, and the long awaited follow up "the rusted circle, the cleansing mold" which ISV describes as "groundbreaking". NYX press packets have begun to circulate within the large industrial and electronic label circuits. Only time will tell what NYX will acomplish in the future.
