Funk/Pop. James Brown-meets 3SP. Funny, funky, upbeat, cynical... always a party favorite. Hey, a tamborine!
Surf Funk. Hey, a new genre all my own. Some rock influences. Can't think of a good comparison. Upbeat, dynamic, fun, dancy; good live piece.
Alternative/Pop/Rock/Blues/whatever. Elements of Tool, Radiohead, and Gypsy music.
Rock/Pop with Beatles, Oasis, Radiohead, Nivana, and Lenny Kravitz influences. Uplifting, pretty, and dynamic, with an intimate vocal sound.

Rock, mebbe alterna-rock. Jane's Addiction, Pearl Jam, + some jazz and blues. Easily accessible piece featuring some humor and some guitar gawd riffing. There's even a psuedo-jazz solo!
Humorous, self-referential, fun, upbeat, with a psuedo-dancy old-school R&B feel.
Funk/groove/fusion/rock in the Parliament/Funkadelic mode with a N'awlins twist (Galactic, etc.). Kinda wacky, kinda funny, definitely fun. See how many pop culture references you can spot.
