There is beautiful music all around us, from the sounds of nature, man made sounds of city streets and people doing their jobs, to musical instrumentation of all types. I am always amazed at the near endless variety of instruments the people of this world have created and continue to create to express the music they feel in their hearts and souls. What I endeavor to do with my music is create soundscapes that blend the music and sounds of our world. I am always exploring and looking for instruments I have not yet used, when I find them I will look for a way to use them. You never know what you may hear in my music.

2 live shows a week on Livestream TV
DGD Media produces two live broadcasts a week on www.livestream.com/davidgduke the shows are hosted by DGD Media founder David G Duke; details of the shows are listed below.
The Bewitching Hour: Thursday nights at 11:59pm Eastern time; this broadcast focuses on my interests in Paganism, the paranormal, crypto zoology, and assorted other oddities and strangeness. The show features music videos, art, poetry and conversation pertaining to these topics; and we would like to include more discussion and commentary by others in these fields. If you have videos or images you would like to have aired on this show, contact DGD Media via twitter, myspace, or here on this site for more information. There is live interactive chat during this show and the artists featured may be in the chat so you can meet them.
The House of Dave: Saturday nights at 9:00pm eastern time; this show not only spotlights my own works, but the works of my friends and other indie/ up-and-coming artists in all genres of entertainment; comedians, musicians, film, visual arts, and anything else that can be documented on video or still imagery may air on this show. It's a Saturday night party; you never know what may happen, or who will stop by. Any indie or up-and-coming artist is welcome to air their videos, for free, on the House of Dave, if you have videos you would like to have aired on this show, contact DGD Media via twitter, myspace, or here on this site for more information. Like the Thursday night broadcast, there is interactive chat during this show as well.
Both DGD Media productions broadcast for anywhere from one to three hours (or more), a one hour archive of highlights from each show is then archived on our Ovation TV site, for those that may have missed the live broadcast and for more exposure for the artists we feature.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
While I'm sure that file sharing and MP3 downloading has been felt in the wallets of many musicians who depend on record sales to earn a living; the internet has also been a great avenue for independant artists and up and commers to get heard. There are many great bands whos work I have come to love after hearing their music online.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Night Creature
Freshies
Mother Earth
All Hallows Eve
David G. Duke
Sabbets and Circles
Supernova
Winter Fest
Memory Lane
Genesis of a Dream
Eye of the Storm
Your influences?
Yanni, Kitaro, Ozzy Osbourne, Stomp, David Lee Roth, David Brubeck, all styles of music have some great artists and not so great ones. The sounds we hear everyday can even be musicaly inspiring.
