At this point I am actively looking for new members. I believe I have found the right drummer. The demo on this site was a "for fun" one shot recording with a cover band. One SM-57 in a garage. But, it does show my talents. The next level of music will be more along the lines of Pantera, Slipknot, Strapping Young Lad....
Why this name?
Nobody else had used and it I wanted to make a statement that "shred" is NOT dead. Thank you very much, please come again.
Do you play live?
Yes. San Francisco Bay Area. My special moment was playing in a band that opened for Exodus at the Avalon in Santa Clara 11-05-05. My review under the nickname "Metal Mel" was priceless...Powerslave.com search Exodus.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think this is a fast way to give folks a chance to hear your music; signed or not. Not the answer for getting signed though.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell yes...
Your influences?
Hendrix, Van Halen, Vai, Satriani, Friedman, Dimebag, Jeff Beck...many others
