Übermensch (oo-ber' men-sh') is black/thrash metal.
Kyle Stanfield (ex-Jenovah, ex-Morionor, ex-All Hail, ex-Lifeless (USA), ex-Black Noise Group Collaboration Project) - Vocals, guitars, bass, drum programming.
Lyrical themes - Friedrich W. Nietzsche, anti-christian/church/God, misanthropy.

Why this name?
My main lyrical theme is the philosophy. Friedrich Nietzsche is my favorite and most influential philosopher. Übermensch is a term coined by Nietzsche that translates (in the context he uses it) into "over-man."
Do you play live?
Übermensch will do live shows in local venues as soon as members can be found.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
If it weren't for the internet I wouldn't have a fan base. It also is a great way to have music that is impossible to find anywhere. And also, it is good to use to preview an album before you go out and pay $15-$30 and hate it. I do think if you like an artist and you like the album, you should buy it to support that artist.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on the label.
Band History:
All music and lyrics are written by Kyle Stanfield (unless otherwise noted).
The band was formed in 2005 by Kyle Stanfield, after finding no people interested in joining, it was a decided one piece. The first album, "God is Dead" was released. Later, Kyle moved to the greater Atlanta area for college in September of 2006, where to date, he only has found one member, Charles Head on bass.
