Co-op Is 2 groups ranging from Va to Pa, "703-215". We do music just for the fun of it an at the same tyme we take it serious.

One set is called the Xits, There motto is "You cant enter with out Xiting", an that group consists of Da Holy One(DHO), Young Dyme(first lady), J Dash, C Dott, T-Bo, and Crhyme.

The other set/squad is called Goodfellas there motto is "You aint gotta like us but you definently gotta feel us" an this groups consists of Young Motto, M dot Steve, Animosity, and Von Duch bka Boogie.

Why this name?

The name was chosen By Donavan B. Otherwise known as DHO (DaHolyone). Ther are actually two groups in it which are the Goodfellas an the Xits an since we always did songs together an has family in both groups we jsut stared to call it a co-op thing which lata on became the Co-op Gang.

Do you play live?

Nah we really havent played live actually we just let our music be haer around the neighborhood an I believe a friend of ours sent some music to his Uncle in Texas to see if any body liked wat we do out there.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I'm not really sure, I havent actually thought about it, but to a certain extent it a easier way to get ya music out there.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

When an if it comes down to that we will find out but until then we is still gonna be doin our thing an havin fun doin it even if other people dont agree with it.

Band History:

We've all known each other for a good number of yrs. The only people related in the co-op gang is DHO, Yung Dyme an Von Duch. The rest of the people out of both groups are actually neighborhood friends that live in philly by DHO. I guess we've been doin this music thing for about 2 to 3 yrs an the people that had heard it so far from either real songs to freestyles claim that they like it.

Your influences?

Everybody in the Co-op Game reppin for Imma Beast Productions are influenced by many. everybody is influenced by people such as Cassidy, Juelz Santana, Pharrell an the Neptunes, Young Jeezy, Kayne West, Beanie Sigel, Jay-Z, so forth an so on. We are also influenced by people from the olden days such as Dougie Fresh, Rakim, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Run DMC, Fugees, Will Smith an Dj Jazzy Jeff, MC Lyte, The Fat Boys, Heavy D, LL Cool J, so forth an so on. But individually: DHO is influenced by Fabolous an Dipset, Von duch is influenced by Will Smith, any Va rapper who ever made it from Pharrell to Skillz, ludacris........

Equipment used:

Off the real we mainly use Acid Pro an any mic that we can get a hold on...an we make all of our beats off of Fruity Loops.

Anything else...?

Well I guess you can say that our music is a mixture of alot of things, like "Do you want my" would be the type of music you would catch the profound group D4L doin, we got other songs that's not even on here that would sound like a song that Pharrell from the Neptunes would do or even some songs that you could probably hear Jermaine dupri doin ad libs for but thats just what I think. We also have music that you could definately hear Fabolous on or any body else doin, but at the same time I do believe that they cant possibly do the songs like we do because we make the beat to fit our own style so I believe it is safe to say that we have a totally different type of music out look.....
