We are a rather young band from Croatia, and we play heavy/power metal like: Iron Maiden, Stratovarius, Judas Priest, etc.
We play becaouse we love to create music, and love to perform, altough we had only 2 concerts up till now, but we hope to have more gigs soon.
We'd like to thank you for visiting our site, and listening to our songs, and maybe even booking us :)

Broken Sword
Why this name?
First the band was founded under a name 'Broken Strings' and we played rock, so after a few band member changes we decided to make it simple and have the band Called 'Broken Sword'
Do you play live?
We play live, we had 2 shows up till now, both of them in a small club called 'Pracka' (ENG: Slingshot) in zagreb. We enjoyed it very much, and we have a lot of special memories of that place, and of that evening.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes of course, because it allows many more young bands to present themselves and share with the world their music, and maybe popularize them.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
ofcourse if we had the possibility-

Iron Maiden, Stratovarius, Judas Priest, Manowar, Rhapsody, Sonata Arctica, Dragonforce, Last Horizon, Edguy, Yngwie Malmsteen.
