TWO HARPS
Harp From The Heart!
We have been performing since 1976. We had no music background, only a burning desire to play music. After trying several different instruments with no success, our deep yearning led us to harps.

We called a harp teacher and asked, Are we too old? Does it matter that we can't read music? Age and lack of rudimentary skills were not deterrents. Thus began our adventure with our harps.

Our recordings are performed with Lyon-Healy Troubadour harps, Medieval style harps.

For live performances we use Dusty Strings Ravanna34 harps and Celestial harps made by Reuben Hostetler of Coshocton County, Ohio.

Harpsounds

A blend of Irish and traditional melodies. 22 selections including five medleys. Harp from the Heart - Hypnotically intertwined arrangements, at times dynamic and bold and at times soothing and meditative.

Christmas

When we began to work on our Christmas repertoire, we were swept away by the deeply beautiful melodies. Several of these traditional Christmas carols date back a few centuries!

Harpspell

All original compositions. We had dreamed of recording this album for several years. At last we found the path to make Harpspell a reality.

Hymns

An album of twenty-two of our favorite hymns.
