An enigmatic act evolved from many years of experimentation,absorbing sound,of any form of music.
The aim is simple,to produce memorable,emotional tunes,that reach the heart & soul,where it has an impact on people,but they might not know why.

Why this name?
Symbolises having your feet firmly on the ground!
Yet an empty floor is like a blank canvas, ripe for experimentation in dance as well as it is in Song writing.Also symbolise simplicity,which some of the most powerful music comes from.

No doubt in the future,to promote any releases.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It .err..just does!It can help new acts build a steady fan base,& is a good promotional tool,as more & more listeners have access to the net.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Band History:
'Drum science project' my other more down tempo act is currently licenced to Raw 42 the Electronic music publishers with two tracks being represented at the moment.
'The floor' shows the more organic real side with guitars & bass etc.Songs with many influences.
