Thanks for visiting my page and taking a listen!
To do my part for global warming, world peace, animal rights, Mothers against Drunk Driving you name it, I quit singing and now use a very talented vocalist by the name of Ray Whitlock Who performs all of the vocals.
If you would like to hear more from Ray Do yourself a favor and head over to his website at Ray Whitlock.com and check out all of his music.

Why this name?
I was eating a bowl of 'Alpha Bits cereal', and the letters drifted around in the milk until they spelled "Force of One". I thought it coincidental, until I saw the face of the Virgin Mary burned onto my toast. After that, I knew it was a sign from God.
Do you play live?
One show daily in the shower. My special moment was managing to dance longer than 30 seconds on a slick wet surface.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yep, both make it easier to distribute your stuff worldwide.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'm old and not especially pretty to look at, I think I'm in no danger of a record company knocking at my door anytime soon!
Band History:
The band history is basically this:
1. Hey, I'll start a studio project band
2. Go to computer and record.
3. Trips across the room to refrigerator to get a
beverage or snack.
4. Back to the computer
5. Trips to the bathroom.
6. Lather through hair, rinse, repeat if neccessary.

Your influences?
I'm influenced by a lot of rock, jazz, blues and metal. I think I'm muscially bi-polar!
Equipment used:
Generally I've found that using a guitar produces the best guitar sound, especially if its plugged in!
Anything else...?
I try not take myself too seriously, and just make the best music that I'm capable of.
