I has been producing my own music and writing my own lyrics for almsot 3 years now. What once started as a hobby has elevated and become a very important part of my life. Since i never excelled to grabbing the mic, i have decided to pull up the producers chair.

Why this name?

Chaaz is a nickname. I am your thoughts, i am the words, i am the alphabet, i am cha A-Z!

Do you play live?

I dj ariound my home town. It gives me a chance to mix my music in front of a live crowd.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It allows underground artists to display their work and get feedback from people all around the world.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes, i love music and if i had the chance to do that for a living.. i would take it.

Your influences?

I have a very wide variety of music tastes. Although mostly hip hop influenced i do like the musical stylings of Queen, Josh Groban, Tracy Chapman etc.
My favourite artist is Tupac Shakur, and my inspiration to produce instrumentals is Sir Dr Dre.
