Hi, I'm Lauren, thanks for checking out my music. I'm 22 and a graduate of the Berklee College Of Music with a bachelor of music, dual majoring in Guitar Performance and Music Business/Management. I play rock/classic rock/pop/alternative/blues but I'm a pretty quick learner and enjoy playing other styles that i don't necessarily listen to. Some genres of the bands I've gigged and recorded with include pop, classic rock, alt/grunge, jazz, hip-hop, and rock bands.
I'm looking to play on projects/sessions/gigs as well. I would like to be gigging almost every day. Please contact me if there's anything else you want to know and especially if you're looking for a guitarist. Thank you!

Do you play live?
I do play live, I love it, and I do it often in the Manhattan/Brooklyn areas because that's where bands I was playing with were from. I reside on Long Island though.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it gives people a better platform to hear about new music and build hype.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, if it wasn't a deal where either side would be taken advantage of.
Your influences?
Im not sure if my music actually sounds like any of the people that influence me, but some of my favorite bands are Soundgarden, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Chirs Cornell, Stone Temple Pilots, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Alice In Chains, Bush, Third Eye Blind, Blind Melon, System of a Down, Jimi Hendrix...list goes on and on. Jerry Cantrell from Alice in Chains, and Dean DeLeo from Stone Temple Pilots are my favorite guitarist.
Favorite spot?
Seattle.
Equipment used:
I use a Fender Strat and Gibson Les Paul Standard as my electrics, and a Tacoma DM9 and an Alvarez for my acoustics, a Fender Deluxe amp, and a Boss Blues Drive and Ibanez Tube Screamer.
