Yes. I've played at a few venues, trying to get more gigs.

It sure has helped me a lot. Especially this site has helped many more people hear my music than if i just had it on cd or something.

However, in my opinion it seems artists aren't really trying to make good music as much since less people are buying it (because of illegal downloads and stuff).

Depends on what was included in the contract and when it was presented.

Not much of a history. It began with me being bored home alone while the family was out busy. I started recording myself on my mom's boom box that had a built in mic, just recording onto cassette tape.

I graduated from the elementary, taught myself some things/ had to be taught some things.
Now steady moving forward.

I use Adobe Audition 3, M-audio Fast Track Pro, behringer eurorack mx 802a Mixer, mxl 990 Mic to record, and fruity loops 9 (with many vsts) for beats along with an arsenal of speakers.
But I have other miscellaneous programs and equipment that I mess around with sometimes.

I just know that the beats are hitting a new peak and the lyrics are digging deeper.
