Eye Spy are Toni, Hayley, Nadine and Alison and we were determined to write and record our own songs.
We worked hard, writing and recording songs until we finally signed to Tabitha Music, a publishing and record label.
Graham, the MD has contacts all over the world and he has worked hard to promote us overseas and in the UK.He chose the title for our first album and band logo.

Graham, the MD has contacts all over the world and he has worked hard to promote us overseas and in the UK.He chose the title for our first album and band logo.
Why this name?
Toni Leo chose it.
Do you play live?
We have headlined at a number of large venues and clubs in the north of England including Sheffield City Hall and Hallam FM Arena.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps music lovers to hear music that they would never hear any other way.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If our managment felt it was a good thing we would consider it but we would need control of our direction and music.
Band History:
EYE SPY
Eye Spy is an exciting piece girl band formed in December 2000. Since the formation of the group they have performed throughout the north west of England, in schools, clubs and PR’s, culminating in a sell out gig at the Sheffield Arena.
Determined to record their own original material they have been working hard on writing a collection of songs, which they performed extensively in clubs before finally recording their first album “Something beginning with J,” produced by co-writer Andy Littlewood. Many of the tracks have already been remixed for the club and dance market.
With a combination of catchy melodies and sophisticated vocal arrangements, they have created an exciting fusion of pop/soul and R & B.
“Something beginning with J” has already been scheduled for release in Spain, Holland and Germany and track 8, “Shine,” featuring Nadine’s Japanese lyrics, will soon be released in that country.
Nadine Goulding has spent the past few years living and working in Japan as a photographic model, singer and dancer. Living in Asia has influenced her songwriting, musical taste and dance styles. She returned to this country to concentrate on her singing career, which is her first love. Nadine is a creative person and has many interests including writing poetry, designing clothes and accessories. She has an eye for detail and is responsible for styling the bands latest image.
Toni Leo is the groups’ main songwriter and has had a number of her songs published. She co-wrote a song entitled “My Way or No Way” which was the first single release by Indigo Blue on Edel Records. Toni is also a trained dancer and an experienced session vocalist, working with acts which include Adam Couldwell and indie band Sebastian. Prior to forming Eye Spy, Toni performed throughout Europe as a soloist, where she learned to speak French and Portuguese. She is much sought after session singer having worked on recent releases by Emma Bunton, S Club and Darius.
Hayley Smith is a very talented singer and experienced dancer who has choreographed most of the bands dance routines. Hayley speaks French, is an exciting, energetic performer and has an amazing stage presence. Before joining Eye Spy she worked as a singer/dancer with an all girl trio “Blonde ambition” playing the northern pub and club circuit. More recently Hayley has been much sought after for modelling work.
Alison Foulds, a very experienced singer and dancer performed extensively with a girl vocal group “Soul Divas” before joining Eye Spy. Wishing to develop her acting skills, Alison recently completed a two-year Performing Arts course at High Melton College in Doncaster where she studied dance/drama and music. Alison has a strong vocal range and is happy singing lead and backing vocals.
Your influences?
We all like the latest music and we all have a wide choice of artists we admire.
Favorite spot?
It varies but we all have many still to visit and hopefully we will get to all of them in the next few years as our success grows.
Anything else...?
We want our music to be heard everywhere and to achieve success in a s many countries we can.
Many of our album tracks have been remixed by DJ Ian Ellis and one of the additional tracks on the single is an anthem remix of "Ring ring." The dance venues and clubs seem to love them.
