Band History:
Mario de Vega. B. Mexico City, 1979.

Sound and visual artist focused in incidental relations between spaces, users and objects. His activity moves between real-time signal processing for sound improvisation with homemade and trashed electronics, video manipulation with digital devices, 2D/3D graphical data simulation and site specific projects.

Nowadays, he is supported by the Coinvertion Program for Cultural Projects of Mexico (2004-2005) to develop interactive sound installations for blind children in the National School for the Blind in Mexico City (printed and multimedia catalogue). Also, he is Artist in Residence at the Multimedia Center and scholarship holder by (CONACULTA-CENART) for New Media Art projects, Mexico City (2004-2006).

His work is part of the Sound Art Magazine RAS7, edited in the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha: Centro de Creación Experimental, Facultad de Bellas Artes (Spain, 2005), Brian Conley’s Linear X Catalogue (NYC, 2005) and Excavation Sonore Catalogue of Avatar Art Audio (Quebec, 2003).

He has performed in Quebec, United States, Spain, London and Mexico.
