I have been in music with bands since I was 15 and have recently been working on solo projects. Live in Upstate New York.
Why this name?
Well it's my name so it was pretty easy
Do you play live?
Every so often I play live, it's good to get out once and a while to see if people accept your music.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it helps it a great deal, I think the record companies like to take the safe road and really are not looking for new acts. These acts seem to break out via the net.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure, Send me the contract.
Band History:
Played with a group for about two years known as The Illusions then The Shagg, after that I was with a three piece group called Akton Station playing 60's & 70's rock, that lasted for maybe three years then
Shakey Jake playing rock and country rock. That was another maybe two year group then I continued to play with my friend Jim Sexton as a duo but that also went by the wayside after a few more years.
Jim and I did get back together with our other guitarist Steve Spring from Shakey Jake for three years but gee we are not getting any younger and at this point mostly just working on solo ventures.

Your influences?
Wow, this is a good question, pretty much everyone although these days I tend to lean toward James Taylor, Dan Fogelberg, Jimmy Buffett and John Mayer.
Favorite spot?
The Adirondacks, great spot to hike and canoe,I spend as much time as possible hiking in the back country and in the area around Estes Park Colorado, it's at the entrance to Rocky Mt National Park and it is a beautiful spot.
Equipment used:
Well, I use an old Yamaha FG 160 acoustic guitar, 1972 Gibson EB3 bass, OLP MM2 bass, Schecter Omen 6 electric guitar, Washburn LCT24 electric guitar, M-Audi Axiom 49 controller. I record with a Korg mk1600II and mix with Sonar 6 Home Studio.
