i'm a producer hailing from the UK, has produced for Tony Yayo, LLoyd Banks, Mobb Deep, Sean Price, Mac Miller, Xzibit, Klashnekoff, Jehst, Plan B, Ghetts, Wretch32, Roots Manuva and many more...
Why this name?
Chopping beats.
Do you play live?
I'm available for gigs, dj sets, beat sets, workshops whatever. You can hit me up at buy.butcha.beats@gmail.com
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
From the point of view of an up and coming artist/producer there's alot more opertunities but also alot more competition. From the point of view of the consumer, it's easier to get more bang for ur buck, everything is cheaper or even free, except for the technology that is used to listen to it on.
So it's easier to get known but it's less easy to make consistent money off of music nowadays.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the paperwork was fair then yes, but I'm not an idiot and I know that hard work in the right places by yourself can pay off.
Band History:
Made a small name for myself working in the UK underground Hip Hop scene with artists such as Jehst, Ghetts, Paragon and many more.

More recently I have produced a bunch of music for Tony Yayo, Mac Miller, Canibus & Keith Murray and many more..
Your influences?
Everything from Weldon Irvine to Sepultura.....
Favorite spot?
The Hague in The Netherlands.
Equipment used:
Mainly hardware.
Anything else...?
