Biography

The band was formed in autumn 1995 initially from Zak (vocals), Thomas (guitar), Rob (guitar), Haris (drums) and Thanos (bass). We tried to combine the sound of the New York hardcore scene with emo and punk at that time, while having a D.I.Y. political attitude. Hence our first concert took place in Villa Amalias (May, 1996), a squat in Athens.

We've gone through a lot of changes concering our line-up, musical orientation and political attitude. Current line-up is Zak (vocals), Rob (guitars), Peter (drums), Mike (bass). Our music these days consists of a mixture of hardcore and different types of rock music (alternative, rock 'n' roll, etc.). We are no longer partisans of D.I.Y. however we've kept some things from our past and that is why we try to keep a low entrance for our shows, if possible. Of course we select the bands we play with by using simple criterias excluding nationalist, patriotic, government sposnored, commercial, stupid bands. Our lyrics (written by Zak) express socio-political beliefs and inner emotions influenced by political tendencies such as the situasionists and truly human experiences like love and sexual pleasure.
