You already know the Dirty South. You've heard of the New South. Here comes the Real South. Born in Manhattan, raised in Savannah, GA (with six years of living on the West Coast), PINE brings you a truly unique element not only to Down South rap, but to hiphop as a whole. Combining rhythmic, bass-heavy production with an in-your-face, brash delivery, PINE's "Da Best Thing Smokin" presents a look at life through the perspective of a child raised in the ghetto and the man who eventually made it out. PINE's unforgettable voice brings street anthems like "This Right Here" and "Don't Talk About It" to life, while songs like "Pot of Gold" and "Got Me Smokin" shows the rapper's ability to describe the struggles of project living. Other albums may have a lil buzz, but PINE truly has "DA BEST THING SMOKIN. The last of the real hip hop street artist thats more than a phase. I plan to be here for a while so get use to me. Savannah Georgia stand up C-Port keep ridin!!!
