Why this name?
I liked it. I love the Poet.
Do you play live?
I play live as much as possible. I do concerts of original music and some jazz standards.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes music accessible. Put's a smile on the face of many.
Band History:
I have written for many bands...artists...to many to name. Sung at a lot of studios...composed for films and TV.
Your influences?
Nina Simone, Lennox, Chapman, Porter, ...motown and R&B, Soul, Punk, Opera...as well as the great ballad makers.
Favorite spot?
New York City
Anything else...?
Gotta sing. Gotta write. Can't go a day without it. I am very glad music is something I get to do. Blessed, I would say.
