I play a variety of acoustic/country/rock music. My style is officially named (by myself) "Rocoustry." Yea I'm gonna have to say that that is a copyrighted phrase of my own.
Why this name?
Well my mom and dad decided 20 years ago that my name would be Mark. This going hand in hand with my last name makes me and my "band" called Mark Paul.
Do you play live?
I used to lead worship in my youth group for 2 years. It was tons of fun and a really good experience.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Never could do this if the internet didn't exist.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No I prefer making music alone, making no money and stickin' to my grass roots.........heck ya I'd sign with a label!

Your influences?
Country music has brought me to where I am today. I used to listen to a lot of Christian music growing up like Steven Curtis Chapman. Now I'm pretty much into everything country and that is where I draw most of my influence back too.
