When Leasing Rights are purchased, you will receive the instrumental on a CD with the audio and wav format of the instrumental and a signed contract granting Non-Exclusive Rights.

Exclusive Rights ($150): Exclusive Rights allow you the opportunity to use the purchased music for commercial, broadcast, performance etc. usage. Exclusive rights are only sold to one user and cannot be used or transferred to other parties. In addition, the beat or instrumental will no longer be availible for download on the site forever. When exclusive rights are purchased, you will receive a CD with the audio and wav format of the instrumental and a signed contract granting you Exclusive Rights.

Custom Beats (email for prices): Custom beats are designed specifically how you want it arranged. It is made for you and only you and will not be released until you release the song etc.
