My name is Austin Largusa. I've been rapping for about 6 years now. It all started out as poetry and eventually led into rapping.



As for a testimony, my faith came about when my mother learned she had breast cancer. I knew there was a God, but I just didn't believe in Him. The day she came home and told me about it, I just started opening my Bible and reading it hoping that somehow it would change things. Yeah my view of God was very distorted at the time.

I went to a church camp out in California and that was where I really got an understanding of who God was. I mean, John 3:16 was alll there really was to it. The key verses that got me were John 3:16 and Psalm 8.

Psalm 8 talks about how great God and how loving He is. Even though He honestly doesn't need us (He created everything without us), He still desires to have a relationship with us. For me I think that kind of love can't be found anywhere else.

Right now my main focus is to be like the Psalmist of Psalm 73 and to be able to look at all the riches everyone has and just say "as for me, it's just good to be near God." That's my prayer for my life and for the lives of everyone else who follows Christ. Forget about the money and the cars and all of that. We should be more excited about being near God.
