description
A progressive Rock/Metal song that's etheral and aggressive. (Huh? Give it a listen and tell me if you've got a better description.) A song written after Doug, the singer, was in an accident, it explores being lost and looking for recovery.

Goujroy was a prog rock/metal band that existed for one year from mid-'94 to mid-'95. Goujroy tried hard to elevate the level of musicianship and songwriting in the time of Lo-Fi.
Why this name?
Killroy sounded too hard--too Death Metal. Gouj- ("gouge")-roy, seemed still agressive but not over-bearing. At the time.
Do you play live?
Goujroy performed their last gig in August of 1995.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's definitely easier to find more music, so it's become much more democratic.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends...
Your influences?
At the time Rush, Dream Theater, Queensryche, Pink Floyd, and Metallica were our heroes.
