Why this name?
We work with many artists and producers and we all have to "paint the same picture". We are artists and we create a painting of sound. This can get frustrating at times!! We use all of our thoughts and collaborate together. All of our ideas get brought together to form one song..(even if one person makes the song, the song is made in part of someone else. (Our influences come from something that we heard)..OUr minds are like a sponge,"musically" soaking up different melodies,ideas,etc.in essence we used ONEMIND to create ONE track to create ONE album to create ONE CAREER!!
Do you play live?
Dan plays some acoustic sets in Jersey with an artist ARCI who is new and upcomming.Skeezy has been performing with his new reggaeton project called SOUNSKEEZY & JER-MAIN

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
We think that instead of doin extra footwork the internet allows thousands upon thousands to find great artists and musicians right at there finger tips. We are so happy that technology can further benefit all of us struggling to make it in this gruling biz.

Band History:
Daniel J. Plante has been a drummer for 16 years playing in numerous bands and also plays guitar,bass,piano,and sings and writes music. Sounskeezy at the age of 9 was touring the world playin in latin bands. U can tell he has many influences from the biggest and best out there in latin music,hiphop, and is currently working on his own reggaeton album. His musical talents include playing piano,percussion, ALL Combined with a phenominal ear!!!He is a crucial part of ONEMIND PRODUCTION and his rythem and melodies go unsurpassed!!!

Equipment used:
We use a pro-tools hd system..96interface..mpc1000,roland phantom rack..tr-rack,roland xv-5050,and hope to get more..lol DJP does alot of live guitar tracks using a taylor 410ce goin into a trident s-40 channel strip..using an Rode NTK mic and direct signals blended.
