A new kind of progressive metal band with balls and chunks of originallity and feel. If you're into bands such as Tool, Mudvayne, Killswitch Engage, Pink Floyd, etc. then you'll most definitely worship Five Sins Ago.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well right now, the internet is getting people to listen to our shit. Works for me.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely. Who the hell wouldn't want their album spread around the world with the proper funding for promotion from a major label?
Band History:
We're nearly three years old, though 3 of the 5 members hadn't joined until the last year and a half of the band's existence. Ariel and Andrew created a foundation to build Five Sins Ago upon a certain sound and feel.
Your influences?
Pantera, Mudvayne, Faith No More, Tool, Alice In Chains, Killswitch Engage, Avenged Sevenfold, Pretty much every f***ing piece of music ever recorded and delivered to our ears....it affects us all some way.
Favorite spot?
On stage.
Equipment used:
We use a ton of shit...Jesus, packing our rehersal space the first time to play out was like breaking down a house!
Anything else...?
If anyone ever has the chance to see us live, do yourself a favor and come to be entertained. Our shows are extremely visually entertaining...nevermind musically.
