Shanannigan can be found busking on the streets of Cork City.. when he's not doing this he's at home jamming with his guitar and toys such as multi-effects pedal and 4track porta-studio... he also likes to use real toy instruments.. the ˆ2store can be a great place to find some rattlers and shakers at bargain prices... gigs are coming slowly but surely for Smiley this year, which has given him the opportunity to work on writing and recording material, this has produced a 3-track Demo called No Shanannigans as well as a preliminary demo album.. Shanannigan is concentrating on promoting through directly tapping into the audience that busking provides... this is helping him to develop his performance ability and is a great source of new ideas for his continuous songwriting... however he's recently been drifting into the ambient more instrumental pieces...
