Beyond Known is a musical project started by Guitarist/Songwriter/Producer Dan Boström, Sweden.
The inspiration to the music comes from many sources: Bach, Hard Rock, Jazz, Soul and whatever Life tries to tell me.
The project will be a collaboration between myself and the different musicians that I meet along the way. Therefore I cannot predict exactly what the next song will sound like. I will just leave it up to YOU to decide what it is.

Why this name?
"Beyond Known" describes the way I feel about Life, God, music. There are still so many things to explore!
Do you play live?
I am more of a composer than a performer, so at the moment there are no plans to tour. But who knows?
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The Internet is the biggest challenge for the music industry, and will produce many new talents. And - of course - a lot of crap...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, if I had control over my music and freedom to express myself in the direction my heart tells me.
Band History:
Beyond Known is not actually a "band", but more a fellowship. A project lead by Dan Boström, started in 2005, although the musicians participating have many years of experience.
