All God's Creatures is made up of three cousins Anders(rhythm & lead guitar, vocals, misc.), Mick(lead & rhythm guitar, vocals, misc.), and Seth Seppala(drums). We live in seperate states New Hampshire, South Carolina and Washington state, but got together last summer in NH & SC to make this album. It is indie electric folk rock music, the album is self-produced.
Why this name?
it is what we are
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
of course it does a marvelous amount of things that are great for indie musicians like ourselves, but why spend all the time bantering on.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
it depends on if we want to or not
Band History:
we are cousins we each play instruments, me and mick write and record songs, we all visit eachother at least a handful of times a year. we play music together when were together, we were all in NH for a family reunion, you get the picture, it was just a natural progression of things.
Your influences?
neva dinova, modest mouse, will oldham(bonnie prince billy, palace), the microphones/mount eerie, neil young, badly drawn boy, sufjan stevens, against me!, bob d. it varies from song to song but i would say if you don't like some, any or most of them chances are you wouldn't really care for this.
