We decided on the name Fifty Caliber because anyone who knows about fire arm calibration knows that when it comes to a fifty caliber, it makes an impact and doesn't leave much left of you when it's done.

We play live any chance we get. Mostly in the Chicagoland and Southern Illinois area.

It definately made it more available to the masses. I dont believe it had anything to do with changing music, but definately makes it easy to put it out there.

For sure, when the time and feeling is right.

Fifty Caliber consist of Vocals(Dale Underiner) Drummer(Sean Doyle), rhythm guitar(Paul Antonelli), lead guitar(Jason Planera), and bassist (Mike Pelke). Paul, Dale, Mike, and Jason have been doing music together for years and one day decided to get the band rolling again and the search was on. We went through a couple of people to find the right elements that were needed to progress and we believe we have them now.

I would have to say our biggest influences would have to be ourselves. Musically, everything from Metallica, Nirvana, Staind, Linkin Park,and lots of bands in between.

Definitly playing in the city of Chicago.....
