Intelligent Death is an electro industrial project located in New Westminter British Columbia.
I would like to apologize for the lack of news or anything for the last year or so [if anyone noticed].
We're currently isolated in the studio and hopefully have something new finshed by the spring. Most of my time [when I'm not slaving for an hourly wage] has been taken up by the band Caustic Pleasures who I'l been playing guitar for, and some different song that I'v been working on which unfortunetly dont fit under the Intelligent Death style.
Why this name?
because the current direction of human civilization, supposedly a product of our human 'intelligence',is literally going to be the death of us.
Do you play live?
yes we have played live a few times and enjoyed it. special moments; our first gig at the Cambie in Nanaimo when our friend George Block smashed a big old tv and several computer moniters onstage.
Also an outdoor halloween party on Gabriola when it was about -2c and a bunch of our gear didnt work because it was frozen, typical canadians...

these days when I play live I usually use the name Sickness Bag. more in a dark rythmic noise style.
