Solo artist using digital recording and the internet to share some musical experiences and have fun.

Special thanks to Dazed and my friends at Guitaristworks.com for introducing me to this medium and the inspiration and encouragement they have provided along the way.
Why this name?
"Strum" is my internet "handle", "Angstrum" is derived from this name. I suppose I could say it's derived from the "angst" of the artist creating music and the act of strumming the notes, but basically it just popped to mind when I registered at Soundclick.
Do you play live?
Not with a group for over 10 years. Now play mostly in my "home studio" or with some friends for fun.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Volumes can be said on this subject, but for me it is amazing you can think up a tune in the shower, come record it on the computer and post it in the afternoon for potentially millions of people to listen to it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Not a major ambition, I play for myself, but hey if William Hyung can do it.
Your influences?
All great rock music (Ventures, Beatles, Stones, Steppenwolf, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, The Who, T-Rex ….AC/DC, Lynrd Skynrd, ….Metallica, Megadeath, Iron Maiden, …Pearl Jam, Guns and Roses, Chili Peppers, etc.) I like to play other music but this music is the root of my guitar appreciation and what I have the most fun playing.
Favorite spot?
The state of AZ, especially the White Mountains
