I am a single artist/remixer of electronic music. I have been doing projects on & off since 1996 in a variety of electronica music styles. I have also done a fair bit of radio/dj work.
Why this name?
used to be my old internet chat nickname, i just added a DJ in front of it. mainly because i couldn't think of anything else
Do you play live?
havn't played live in a long time...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
not sure how to answer that one. artists lose royalties from people pirating their music i guess.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
depends on the label, but i would have to say yes
Your influences?
my music composition style is based around a lot of the old id&t label stuff (eg: thunderdome cd's). i love to compose hardcore/gabba or hard trance.
Favorite spot?
too many to pick from!
Equipment used:
personal state of the art PC (SK@LE, CUBASE, FruityLoops, ReBirth, EJay, TraktorDJ + more) as well as a Mac PC, several types of keyboards on a midi interface, roland drum machines.
