CR2 was formed in Jauary 2001, by Roger Stump, (lead guitar) Steve Stump( bass guitar) and Jesse Jones. All three members have been studio muscians. Jesse produced this CD as well as doing vocals on all songs drums, guitar, piano and organ.
Why this name?
The songs on our CD vary from blues, rock, classic rock, and little power pop, and we even threw in a coutry song. Cr2 (crazy rockers, the second time.)
Do you play live?
We are not doing live engagements at this time.
But I am driving my wife nuts, writing more songs for the next CD.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes, it has changed it drastically. It has given independent artist a chance to get their music heard. It's the wave of the future.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends on the label and the contract, and we know the good, the bad, and the ugly ones.
Band History:
My brother and I have played together for years. I was looking for a studio to record some songs I had written, and this is where we met Jesse, who is a great singer musician and a great engineer. This CD is of the highest quality using the latest digital equipment.
Your influences?
Eric Clapton, Dave Matthews Band, Creed. Blackfoot, Foghat, Tom Petty.
Favorite spot?
My home town.

I would say buy this CD, you will enjoy it. This CD is in 14 different countries and the USA, one of our songs has already gone number one on another site. Hopefully, we can do the same here. This is one of the best sites, we have been on.
