Gentle Currents
I am really a one man band. I compose instrumental smooth jazz and play guitar. I use a drum machine to program the beats and percusion. I use a Godin synthsizer guitar for varous instrumental. I use a couple classical guitars such as a Mangore Spruce top with Walnut sides and back and a Carl Reichel Spruce top with Rosewood sides and back for nylon string guitars and an electric Godin LG for the electric solo.
Why this name?
I haven't really came up with a band name - just my own name for now
Do you play live?
Not currently. Perhaps in the future.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes little people like me able to share my recordings which I do on a multitrack software on my PC possible in way that was not possible before
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes - that would be a dream come true
