It's the way we play together "a natural chemistry" but decided to put a unique spelling on it.

Yes we play live and we love it! There's nothing like performing to a live audience. We mainly play in and around Jacksonville, FL but have performed as far south as Cocoa Beach, FL and north to Atlanta, GA.

Yes, we think it changes alot of things for independent bands. Now we have the opportunity to get our music heard all over the world instead of just locally. It also exposes us to folks who may be looking for that special band to perform at their events.

KYMYSTRY originally formed as a 4 piece band in 1989. Between 2000-2008 we wanted to expand our diversity and brought in a 2nd guitarist. Over the years we had 3 different players become members of KYMYSTRY. Each one brought their own unique sound to the band and were exceptional guitarists, we enjoyed working with all of them.

In 2008 we decided to return to the basics. KYMYSTRY is now a 4 piece band again with guest guitarists joining us for special shows.

KYMYSTRY loves to rock and mix in ballad style songs as well as original music. But make no mistake - we're not your typical bar band for sure - we love to rock it!
