Well I am a 17 yr old Senior highschool student and plan on majoring in music college and hopefully have a career in music.
I like playing the guitar and piano even though I still don't know how to read music.. (practicing for over 9 yrs made me an intermediate musician. ;p)
I'm hoping to be in a jazz band in the future and maybe even play with some of my favorite jazz musicians.

Why this name?
I chose Lost Expressions as my "bandname" for lack of a better one.. it also was the title of a poem I wrote years and years ago.
Do you play live?
Unfortunately, for my lack of knowledge in reading music, I have not been able have the enjoy of being in school bands, live concerts, etc. Though I have been in choirs in the past.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet changes the music industry because we can download thousands of songs from many different artists of different genres all over the world. I think that it's cool that I don't really have to go out and buy a cd unless I want top quality. Then I'd just download and buuuurrrrrrrrrnn!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Uhh... I'd rather have my own.
Your influences?
My influences are jazz musicians such as Nelson Rangel, Najee, Kenny G, Boney James, etc. I do like the rock and R&B genre but I'm more into the emotion that live instruments can convey.
Favorite spot?
Anywhere alone in a room with my instruments and recording devices.. can't forget the computer!
