We are 28 Feet, two guitfiddlists from Chicago who decided to start a band and write songs, which we are currently recording here at GVSU
Why this name?
Inside joke, if you don't know already what it refers to and would really like to, email us. We can't post it here cuz the kiddies might see it.
Do you play live?
We have not played live yet, except for at a few parties at my friend Brian's house, and a couple times in mine and his dorm rooms.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's great, nobody would be able to hear or songs, we wouldn't even be able to record them and make CDs without it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
That depends on what label and what the circumstances are. If they wanna own our songs then hell no, but if they wanna just help us get out music out to more people then of course.
Band History:
We formed in 2000, when Brian and I decided that since we both wanna be in a band we should just be in one together. We have had several prospective bassists and drummers but nothing's ever worked out so we're deciding to just go on with 2 guitars and let the rest of the band come to us.

Favorite spot?
Well we've really only been to like Chicago and Michigan, so out of those I guess it'd have to be Chicago.
Equipment used:
We use guitars and a computer with a cheap little microphone and that's it.
