Whadup? My name is Josh Strong. Im 20 years old. Im Italian and English...I live in a town not too far from Poughkeepsie, New York. While i may not always come off the type to rap...ive gone through a lot in my life n i got plenty to rap about n a lot 2 share with this world...Im the oldest of 3 kids in my family...i was born and raised in New York. Right now i am currently in recording my 1st cd, "J-SiN: Lyrical Sinner".

i just changed my name from KhaoS to J-Sin...
J-SiN is short for J-Sinista

Do you play live?

Ive never done a live show...as i get better i'd love to though...i'll freestyle and battle people in person from time to time...i record with people present...

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

Honestly. i really thought about it...i think it has a lot of pro's and a lot of con's. The pro's being that your music is heard more, marketing, build a real fanbase, etc. The con's of course that people will be more prone to download your album rather than buy it, taking $ away from u...either way, i think its had more of a positive impact on the music industry.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yeah...if it'd make me famous and lets me showcase my skill than yea i would totally...

Band History:

The first touch of music i ever had was being the singer for a hardkore band when i was really young, than i sang in a punk band for a short period of time, than i started rapping under the name of Scarlet-D. As i got more serious with it, i decided to really devote time n energy into it...i started writing tracks, makin beats, networking and recently changed my name to KhaoS...i just formed a group called "Trinity" with my close friends and fellow rappers DMastaMind and ThrowbackZ...from there...i just changed my name to J-SiN (J-Sinista)and changed the way i flow and takin this sh*** a lil more serious and ima show these kats whas good.

Your influences?

Eminem, 50 Cent, JayZ definitly, Kanye West, Lyolld Banks, G-Unit, Cassidy, etc...my stuff is similar to any of those really...but i like to do sh*** thats different...my own styles...rap to beats that most others wouldnt do...i like to mix styles.

Favorite spot?

New York City, goin to concerts, being in the studio of course, or anywhere with my girl.

K104 Studios for Recording and a combo of Sony Acid 5.1 and Sound Forge 7.0 for editing and editing SoundFX.
