Garry Pinches is a percussionist, composer & sound designer based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire in the United Kingdom.

As a musician Garry has been performing professionally for many years working with orchestras, brass bands, jazz ensembles, choirs and rock bands. He has performed in venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Symphony Hall Birmingham, among many others throughout Europe. As a performer and sound technician he has supported many top acts including Ash, Lindisfarne and Sir Bob Geldof.

In 2005 Garry graduated from De Montfort University Leicester, with a BA (Hons) degree in Music, Technology & Innovation. During his time at university he received commissions for compositions and audio-visual installations from the Heymarket Theatre Leicester and the BBC.

On completion of his degree and final dissertation on "Film Sound" Garry continued to work on sound design and film composition projects outside of an academic setting by working on independent animations and films.
