A beautifully elegant voice fused with electro-acoustic guitar is a match made in heaven.. Have a listen and please please post on the message board. How can we improve if no-one gives feedback?
Why this name?
Being proud of my origins it is as you may have guessed, my own name.
Do you play live?
I play live whenever i get the chance, to me it is the greatest feeling ever to be in control of a crowd of people and all this from my thoughts and dreams!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I don't think the internet is fully understood in it's quest to broaden music horizons, More effort needs to be taken to control illegal downloads but as long as artists are getting the recognition for their work then thats cool with me
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I think it is every artists dream to sign that contract but to be honest i just want to play and for people to appreciate what i do. But if the chance arose then i don't think it could be turned down
Band History:
I have been playing since age 15, been in several bands but never found the sound i wanted until last year when this stuff was recorded, Have elaborated more on the kinda sound i have and will be recording more soon.
Your influences?
My influences would have to strangely enough be people like, Jack Johnson, Blues Traveller, Tonic, Joni Mitchell, Counting Crows, Better Than Erza, Tracey Chapman, Little Village.
Favorite spot?
My favourite place would have to be Edinburgh as it's my capital city and the closest place to home at the moment. My favourite spot would have to be Scott's View
Equipment used:
I use a Turner TG40 electro-acoustic and love it..
Anything else...?
I think i've had enough of your time thanks, Have a listen and stick something in the message boards
