We are a heavy metal band that play music similar to bands like Iron Maiden and Iced Earth. We are fast, aggressive, and play the music we are passionate about.
Why this name?
We are called Forgotten Faith because we believe that people have forgotten what real metal music is about and metal is our faith
Do you play live?
We love to play live and will play for any audience that wants to hear us no matter the size. We play all around Rhode Island.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has helped music by giving everyone a chance to hear the music they want to hear.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Our goal is to receive a record contract with a major label in order to play for fans of metal all around the world.
Band History:
The band formed in 2004 as a five piece band. We came in third place in Rattlehead Records' Battle of the Bands 2004. Soon after, we began playing many shows and gained a good following. Early in 2005 we lost two members due to musical differences and became the three piece band we are today. In September 2005 we recorded a demo called "Welcome To Our Nightmare" which is availble now.
Your influences?
We are fans of heavy metal groups like Blind Guardian, Children Of Bodom, Pantera, Manowar, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Iced Earth, Judas Priest, and of course old sh*** like Black Sabbath, Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd and other classic rock.
Favorite spot?
Manowar Crowd
Equipment used:
