Hello, this is claytowne. My band consists of a keyboard player and vocalist who writes, composes and masters his own songs. I create music the way I was taught that it should be done from mentors of the 70's. Artificial sweetners are not in my cup of tea when it comes to music. Though I am often cheated and ripped off by aggregates and music stores. I continue to create. However, I am no fool. I never give you my best. If I worked hard on a song, to get Simon's perfect pitch, and did not make a dime for it, that would cause me the greatest depression. You just don't know my true potential. I used to throw songs together and write the words and sing them all in the same day. You can't get perfect pitch that way. If I were treated fairly, as an independent artist, then I would give you my best. It is no problem giving your best when you are fairly compensated for it. I am a professional recording artist. I can make it do what it do. However, I have no motivation to do so. No I do not wish to be auctioned at the town square to a major label control freak. Slavery was abolished in 1865. You will not tell me what style I have to be and what music I have to play. I guess you might say that I am a talented REBEL. I have over 30 unfinished songs, in my catalog, waiting to be perfected. When I am compensated for downloaded songs on iTunes and etc. Then I might just give you what you deserve. Remember, now a dayz, you get what you rip off, not what you pay for. Maybe, you are already getting what you deserve.
